Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions, quotes, and policy information
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
Support sales efforts and follow up with leads
Learn and maintain knowledge of insurance products
Help maintain a professional and friendly office environment
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Insurance experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and able to work in-office
