Start your insurance career with Farmers Insurance District Office of John Meikle. Were looking for a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to join our Mount Vernon office.
No insurance experience required. We provide training, leads, and hands-on coaching to help you get started. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is welcome.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
- Follow up with provided leads and build your sales pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Quote and sell Farmers insurance products once properly licensed.
- Keep accurate CRM records and work toward individual and team sales goals.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:

- Stay organized and manage multiple customer conversations.
- Be motivated by sales goals, open to coaching, and willing to learn.
