Farmers Insurance- Sales Producer

Caroline Daniels Farmers Insurance Agency is currently seeking a sales producer to join their team! This position focuses on developing strong client connections, driving new business, and helping customers choose insurance solutions that align their unique needs. Youll receive hands-on coaching and support from a mentor agent, along with structured training designed to help you build a successful insurance career!

Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Utilize networking, referrals, and outreach to develop new business
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Meet sales goals and performance targets
• Keep accurate record of sales activities and client interactions
• Assist clients in assessing their individual needs to provide the best insurance options for them
• Become familiar with insurance products offered (home, auto, life, & commercial)

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Computer and organizational skills
• Insurance License required (guidance and assistance to help you get licensed right away!)
