• Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and heard whenever they call.

• Collaborate with our small office team to maintain an organized and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits.

• Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license.
• Active Texas Life and Health license.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms.
• Clear and articulate communication style for explaining coverage options.
• Residency in or near Kilgore, Texas.
