- Experienced Property & Casualty Producers and/or Life & Health
- OR Top Performing Sales Leaders
- 3+ years of recent SALES experience required
- Entrepreneurial drive with a passion to lead and grow a business
- Coachable, motivated, and resilient
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build client relationships and become a center of influence

Responsibilities
- Property & Casualty License required prior to program start date
- Life & Health License required before program graduation
- Prior Insurance Sales experience preferred
- Sales Leaders with strong, measurable sales performance
- A passion for growth, achievement, and long-term career success
Requirements- Train directly with a successful, established Farmers agency owner to learn the business from the inside out
- Participate in the University of Farmers "award-winning" training program
- Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions- LEADS provided
- Build lasting client relationships and grow your portfolio
- Achieve Trainee and Mentorship Program goals with guidance and mentorship
