Salary Range: $35568.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify new insurance opportunities through networking and community involvement.
• Create customized coverage options that help families and businesses protect what matters most.
• Guide existing clients through policy renewals and ensure their coverage keeps up with their life changes.
• Document client interactions and update records with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our office team to maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to master the latest product offerings from Farmers.

• Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Michigan Life and Health insurance license.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong comfort level with computers and office software.
• A clear, approachable communication style when speaking with new people.
• Residency in or near Belding, Michigan.
