Salary Range: $36000.00 - $100000.00 per year

- Agency provides excellent base salary + commission with additional bonus opportunities for outstanding performance

Requirements
- Possess or obtain a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
- Possess/obtain, w/in 30 days of hire, a TX General Lines Life,Accident,Health license
- Motivated and determined to succeed
- Meet or exceed premium goals set with your Agent
- Sales experience or a client-facing sales background
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor
- Pass a criminal and financial background check
