Established Farmers Insurance agency serving Phenix City seeks a motivated producer to join our award-winning team in a flexible, growth-focused role.

YOUR ROLE:
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Process policies, renewals, and claims efficiently
• Support agency growth goals and team collaboration
REQUIREMENTS:
• P&C insurance license strongly desired (or commitment to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
• Customer service orientation
• Professional, ethical approach to client relationships
PREFERRED:
• Insurance industry experience
• Sales track record
• Familiarity with agency management systems
• Local community connections
