Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients consistently
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Educate clients on coverage options and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
