Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with provided lead contacts promptly and with exceptional service
• Cultivate new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Service existing policyholders by reviewing their coverage and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted insurance advisor.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
• Process new business applications and policy endorsements accurately.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment.

• Active Nevada Resident P&C License.
• Proven track record in insurance sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
