As a District Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and developing talented individuals interested in pursuing career opportunities and agency ownership with Farmers Insurance.
Salary Range: $36000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, Protg, and Associate Agent opportunities.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agency owners.
- Develop relationships with professionals seeking career advancement or business ownership.
- Work closely with the District Manager to achieve recruiting and district growth goals.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring results.
Requirements- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or customer relations preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
