Established insurance agency in San Jose is looking for an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance customer service representative to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is licensed P&C, fluent in both Spanish and English, enjoys working with people, and wants a long-term opportunity in a professional environment.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Service existing policies
• Follow up on leads and develop new business
• Work closely with the agency team
• Professional and personable with clients

• Active California Property & Casualty license
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Insurance agency experience required
• Personal lines experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable quoting, selling and servicing insurance
• Organized, dependable and motivated
