Salary Range: $3000.00 - $3400.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies to protect their assets
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and closing insurance solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and policy changes in a timely manner
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and claims guidance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and operate a business

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred
Licensing Requirement
- Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Licensing support and training provided at no cost for qualified candidates
