Salary Range: $32000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Guide potential and current clients through selecting the right coverage that protects what matters most to them.
• Review existing policies and offer meaningful adjustments based on life changes or evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy modifications.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or coverage updates with patience and clarity.
• Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every visitor and caller feels valued and heard.

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the State of Georgia.
• Demonstrated history of building relationships and managing client accounts.
• Clear communication skills with a talent for explaining complex insurance details in simple terms.
• Strong proficiency in computer navigation and standard office software.
• Prior experience in customer advocacy or sales is highly beneficial.
