Were seeking a Farmers District Agency Business Consultant to recruit agency owners and staff, provide business consulting, and drive agency production across the district. Youll work directly with agency owners and new agents to implement approved business models, strengthen performance, and create sustainable growth. This hybrid role offers flexibility, professional development, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement into an Assistant District Manager or District Manager position.
