Our Farmers Insurance agencies are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Spanish/English Bilingual Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. We help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering value while building a successful career in insurance.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $52,000 per year, with earning potential of $80,000+ annually through commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present customized coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial products
• Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are properly protected and identify coverage gaps
• Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and marketing initiatives
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales
• Maintain detailed and compliant client records using agency systems
• Cross-sell additional products to strengthen client relationships and improve retention

• Active California Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) license required
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
