Salary Range: $4000.00 - $7000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English)
• Must possess a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License or minimum a personal lines license.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple screens and use multiple programs at the same time.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
