The Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of daily farm operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with company protocols. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with live animals and a diverse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, team development, and operational excellence.
Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support farm operations. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs.
This is an active farm-management position. The Farm Manager must be able to perform physically demanding work, including pushing, bending, stooping, squatting, pulling, and lifting 50 lbs. or more. The position may involve dust, humidity, heat, cold, chemicals, fumes, and varying outdoor conditions. Extended hours, nights, and weekends may be required based on farm operations.️ Biosecurity: Due to the nature of our poultry operations, employees in this position must not own or have contact with backyard poultry, fowl, or swine operations while off duty.
