Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Farm Food Safety Compliance Supervisor responsible for ensuring farm food safety programs comply with LGMA, GFSI/PrimusGFS, FSMA Produce Safety Rule, and customer requirements by overseeing daily operations, leading field food safety teams, and maintaining continuous audit readiness across all California growing regions.

What You Will Need:
- Minimum 3 years of food safety, agricultural compliance, or auditing experience.
- Must have working knowledge of GAPs, GMA, PrimusGFS, and FSMA Produce Safety Rule.
- Strong Analytical, documentation, risk assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective trainer and mentor.
- Competency with data analysis software, Microsoft Office Suite, email, spreadsheets, and ability to learn other internal software.
- Ability to form productive working relationships with members of the farming team, upper management, and crop protection company representatives.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time with periodic need to stay overnight. Biweekly or more frequent travel is required across multiple California growing regions including Coachella, based on operational needs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Must be able to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

- BA Degree in Food Science, Biology, Agronomy, or related field.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $70,304 - $75,000 / Yearly
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
