Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Supervisory person to lead as the Farm Clean-Out Lead. This position will be responsible to lead and monitor the cleaning of depleted farms, ensure proper chemicals are used for sanitation, work with heavy machinery, and overall daily responsibilities for crew members.
Drive crews of employees to farms to start job clean upDrive machinery which certifications will be administeredResponsible for time management of crew and job to ensure work is done correctlyEnsure use of chemicals to clean and sanitized all machinery and areas assignedPut together/Tear down machinery at beginning/end of cleanup shiftHelp setup before production starts (lower nest boxes, feeders, drinker lines, etc.)Responsible for task delegation for crewsFile reports for managers to pull farm clean out depletion dataInventory vehicles, machinery, and chemicalPerform other duties assigned by supervisor, area leader and Sanitation ManagerAbility to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkersDo all tasks assigned by members of managementMust be able to work in other departments as neededMust be able to perform other duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Valid Driver’s LicenseMust be able to pass a physical to receive a Health CardAbility to work unsupervised and self-motivateAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hoursSound work ethic, honesty and moral characterPoultry experience preferred but not requiredBasic understanding of machinery tears down and setupBasic Chemical understanding a strong plusMonitoring clean up (parts) experience2 years of clean out crew experience
