We''''re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join our Works Crew at Hideaway Bay, Dover, one of Tasmania''''s most spectacular marine farming locations. The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Marine Operations Manager, you''''ll play an important role in keeping our marine farming operations running safely and efficiently. No two days are the same, with responsibilities including:

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of nets, pens, moorings and marine infrastructure.
• Supporting fish transfers, feeding activities, feed trials and fish health monitoring.
• Monitoring and reporting predator activity around our farming operations.
• Operating as part of a close-knit crew in a fast-paced marine environment.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence across the site.

This is a full-time position working a 7 days on, 7 days off roster (Thursday to Wednesday), giving you the opportunity to enjoy plenty of time off while still building a rewarding career.
