Join our team as a Family Travel Coordinator, helping parents and families plan memorable getaways that balance relaxation, fun, and convenience. You'll assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing trip details from planning through departure.

Responsibilities

Assist families in selecting destinations, resorts, accommodations, and activities

Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements

Recommend family-friendly experiences based on client preferences and needs

Manage reservations, travel documentation, and payment processes

Maintain clear, professional, and supportive communication with clients

Stay organized with client details, deadlines, and travel arrangements

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines

Interest in family travel and vacation planning

No previous travel industry experience required
