    This role is ideal for clinicians who value hands-on, relationship-driven work and want to see the real-life impact of their care every day.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide community-based mental health and substance use services to children and families
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide individualized care
    • Develop and implement recovery-focused service plans with clear, measurable goals
    • Deliver evidence-based, brief, and solution-focused therapy (individual and family)
    • Support families through case management and care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Meet clients where they are-in homes, schools, and community settings
    • Participate in team staffing and treatment planning meetings twice weekly
    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards

    • Master's degree in a Human Services field

    • At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families

    • Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
