If you're passionate about making a difference, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community.What You'll DoGreet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a positive first impression.Monitor lobby traffic and wait times and assist with cusomer flow to minimize wait times and ensure a seamless experience.Respond to customer inquiries and provide information and guidance regarding services and processes.Provide Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) services.Screen applicants for financial assistance and determine eligibility for programs such as School Readiness, VPK, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start.Advocate for families, assess needs, and assist with enrollment, transfers, and service terminations.Maintain accurate family information in the Enhanced Field System (EFS) database.Support families with child developmental screenings and provide timely notifications about childcare status.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in CCR&R, eligibility determination, or childcare enrollment processes.Strong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and cloud-based systems.Bilingual Spanish, preferredWhy You'll Love Working HereOpportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and families.Collaborative, mission-driven team environmentCompetitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00AM-5:30PM, Fri 8:00AM-12:00PM.Benefits Include:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous Paid time off and holidaysRetirement plan with employer contributionTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramReady to join us?
