• Full-time outpatient position, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Focus on adult and senior medicine for underserved populations
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Interest in caring for adult and aging populations preferred
• Experience with older adults is a plus
• Academic affiliation available
• Health system-employed opportunity
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus but not required
