What You’ll Do
- Review health risk assessments and NP charts, ensuring compliance with reporting standards
- Provide oversight on chart review, with no clinical decision-making, prescribing, or treating involved
- Collaborate via email with NPs to report data to health plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of chart reviews
- Communicate efficiently with internal teams regarding chart statuses and discrepancies
What You Need
Required:- Active medical license to practice in Mississippi
- Experience in chart review or health risk assessments (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:- Prior experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment
- Efficient email communication skills
