The organization has ten healthcare centers, and eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations spread across Indiana, offering primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to people of all ages who might not have access to quality healthcare due to financial constraints.
The Position: Our client is looking for a full-time Family Physician to work in an outpatient setting. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
$236,000 - $241,000 Guaranteed Salary
$20,000.00 additional reward and retention bonus opportunity paid in allotments
$5,000 CME plus 5 days
$100,000 loan repayment
Guaranteed General Wage Increase by at least 2.5% annually

Current Indiana Medical License Required
