    The Position

    Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their collaborative primary care team. This physician will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with approximately 50% of the patient population consisting of pediatric patients, including newborns. Providers work within a team-based model utilizing Epic EMR and are supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

    Requirements

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
    • Completion of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
    • Active North Carolina Medical License or Ability to Obtain
    • Current CPR Certification
    • New Graduates Encouraged to Apply

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
    • See approximately 18–22 patients per day
    • Obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
    • Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testing
    • Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals as needed
    • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other Care Team members
    • Participate in a shared call schedule
    • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and provider meetings
    • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards
    • Support the mission and values of a faith-based healthcare organization

    Schedule

    • Monday through Friday
    • Hours generally between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
    • Full-Time, Exempt Position
