Reporting Analyst

Our client is a well-established family office based in Brooklyn managing a sophisticated portfolio of trusts. They're looking for a sharp, hungry analyst to step into a high-visibility role — reporting directly to the Controller/CFO with regular interaction with upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Own reporting and treasury management across multiple trusts
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for leadership on a recurring basis
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity, and trust activity to support informed decision-making
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic and evolving workload across multiple entities
- Collaborate directly with the Controller/CFO and senior stakeholders on ad hoc analysis and projects
Qualifications:
Must Have
- 2–3+ years of experience in a professional finance or accounting environment
- Advanced Excel skills — this is non-negotiable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills; you'll be in front of senior leadership regularly
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Quick learner who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Exposure to trust accounting, family office operations, or wealth management
- Experience with financial reporting software or ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
