Your Role with the Company:

• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities
• Average patient volume of 18-20 patients per day with telehealth opportunities available
• Manage a wide variety of conditions including wellness visits, hypertension, heart failure, endocrine disorders, and musculoskeletal concerns
• Join a growing Family Medicine practice providing care to patients of all ages

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), APRN, MSN
• Passion for primary care, patient relationships, and community-based medicine
