Compensation:
Pay Range: $150,000-$155,000 Per Year

Description:
• This role involves working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting, based in Brooklyn, NY.
• The position is full-time, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm.
• Candidates should have experience in managing patients with diverse health needs and be familiar with electronic health record systems.

Requirements:
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Preffered experience with HIV/AIDS primary care preferred.
• Experience managing clients with substance abuse preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Preference for experience in community-based settings.
