Job Summary
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be managing a changing caseload of patients every day who suffer from a variety of illnesses and chronic conditions. You will be assessing their needs, ordering or performing tests, interpreting results, providing diagnoses, writing prescriptions, and referrals, as needed. You will also be assisting in office procedures including aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections as well as joint injections. In addition, you will be managing patient reporting and charting. The ideal candidate has experience working in a clinical office setting, can multitask efficiently, and has an excellent bedside manner. 


Responsibilities 
  • Provide evidence based medical advice and treatments to patients seen by you as well as prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists
  • Order or perform tests when needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to aid in accurate diagnoses
  • Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care
  • Properly complete all appropriate paperwork, patient messages, and test results for each patient seen and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing medical training and support through hands on experience and conferences to offer the best, up to date care for every patient 
  • Assist in reviewing additional patient charts as needed as well as offer medical assistance
Qualifications
  • All licensing and certification required to perform medicine within the state
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Open to learning new skills and techniques
  • The ability to provide exceptional care to each and every patient
