Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established team.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment while building long-term patient relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
