Family Nurse Practitioner
San Jose, California
We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in San Jose, CA who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and meaningful primary care work in a collaborative outpatient setting.
You’ll manage your own patient panel, seeing approximately 16–20 patients daily while providing comprehensive primary care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and patient education. You'll have clinical autonomy with the support of a multidisciplinary team.

What makes you a great fit
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California with appropriate board certification
• Master's or doctorate from an accredited NP program
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification
• At least 2 years of primary care clinical experience
• Comfortable independently managing a primary care panel
• Passionate about culturally responsive, team-based care
• Bilingual skills preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $159,000–$187,000 annually
