How You'll Make An Impact
Clinical care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and prevention.
Patient experience & flow: Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams.
Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
