We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful primary care work, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and their community.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan. You’ll have protected administrative time, a multidisciplinary team behind you, and meaningful clinical autonomy to focus on providing high-quality, relationship-based care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $114,000–$120,000+ based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus
• ICHRA medical contribution of $200–$705 per month based on age
• Dental insurance: $17.50 per pay period for employee-only coverage
• Vision insurance: $3.30 per pay period for employee-only coverage
• 28 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
• CME allowance of $1,500
• 403(b) with employer contribution and match
• New Hampshire license and DEA renewal covered
• NHSC and SLRP student loan repayment eligibility

• Relocation assistance negotiable
