We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful patient relationships, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to make an impact in a school-based outpatient setting.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role primarily based inside a local high school, providing care to patients of all ages with occasional coverage at a nearby outpatient clinic. You'll have strong clinical and administrative support, manageable patient volume, and the autonomy to focus on delivering quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $100,000–$140,000
• Health insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision insurance: Employer contribution available
• PTO: 120 hours plus 40 personal hours
• 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
