Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, and meaningful community impact.
You'll step into an outpatient primary care role providing care to patients of all ages. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong administrative support and dedicated charting time. You'll practice in Chesterton, Indiana, with access to Lake Michigan beaches, scenic state parks, excellent local schools, and a welcoming community.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $115,000+ based on experience
• Non-production compensation model focused on quality care
