Position Overview

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients on prevention and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000
• Medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and 401(k)
• CME funding and PTO available

Requirements

• FNP-BC or FNP-C with Michigan licensure
• Experience with underserved populations is valued
• Excellent clinical decision-making and EMR skills
