Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.
This clinic offers a highly supportive environment with full clinical support staff, manageable patient volumes, and a 4-day workweek with no weekend responsibilities.
Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient primary care position
- 4x10-hour schedule
- No weekends required
- Phone call only
- Full support staff available
- Patient volume up to 22 patients per day
- Open to experienced providers as well as new graduates already licensed in Arizona
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000
- Additional $12,000 annual rural stipend

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current Arizona license or willingness to obtain
- Family Medicine or Primary Care background preferred
