    Description

    Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide and manage a high standard of healthcare for patients in Aurora, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. 

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.
      • Perform health assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
      • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
      • Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
      • Prescribe medications and treatments within state and federal guidelines.
      • Provide preventive care, health education, wellness counseling, and screening.
      • Develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
      • Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive health.
      • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
      • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records.
      • Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals.
      • Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality, coordinated care.
      • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help continuously improve the patient experience.

    Requirements:

    • NP or PA Board Certification with primary care, family medicine background.
    • Current, valid and unrestricted Colorado medical, ARNP or PA license and valid DEA number.
    • Minimum 2 years of primary care experience preferred
