Qualifications:
MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent
Board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOA)
Ability to obtain or be eligible for a Wisconsin medical license
Experience in leadership, mentorship, and working with research teams
Proven track record of research & scholarly activity
