• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Epic Training: every other week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours

• Licensure/Certifications: Active Georgia medical license; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of primary care experience, including seeing all ages

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations of all ages
• Manage an average of 20 patients daily
• Conduct exams, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical teams and adhere to facility protocols
• Participate in Epic EMR training (post-credentialing)
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system
• Follow established guidelines for quality and safety

What You Need

• Active Georgia medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to see patients of all ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commit to scheduled shifts and training requirements

About the Assignment
This role involves covering Family Practice at a prominent facility in Fayette and subsequently Stonecrest, Georgia. The position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to patient care and clinical excellence. Full training on Epic EMR software is provided, with credentialing completing prior to start date.
