    Core Responsibilities

    Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

    • Provide patient consultations and determine treatment plans
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
    • Monitor medication adherence, lab results, and toxicities
    • Prescribe/administer treatments, medications, and vaccinations
    • Clearly explain medical procedures, test results, and treatments
    • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, and other team members
    • Refer patients to specialists as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • MD or DO from an accredited institution
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
    • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
