Why Tucson

Tucson delivers a quality of life that's hard to match - over 350 days of sunshine a year, stunning desert landscapes, and a cost of living well below most major metros. The city holds the rare distinction of being a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, with a dining scene as diverse as its culture, and a thriving arts community that punches well above its weight. Families are well-served by strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and easy weekend access to Phoenix, Sedona, and the U.S.-Mexico border. With the University of Arizona anchoring a research-forward, educated community, Tucson is a place where professional purpose and personal fulfillment genuinely coexist.

Organization Description
