Position Highlights
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- 32 patient-facing hours
- Typically 4-day work week

Practice Details
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine
- Care for patients of all ages (newborn through geriatrics)
- Team-Based Care Model to support efficiency and provider satisfaction
- Collaborative environment with experienced clinical and support staff

- $5,000 annual stipend
