Family Medicine Physician – Osage Beach & Camdenton, MO

The Position:
Our Client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team in Osage Beach or Camdenton, Missouri, caring for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role offers a four-day clinical schedule, protected administrative time, manageable patient volumes, and AI-assisted documentation to reduce administrative burden.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200,000 – $220,000+ Base Salary, Based on Experience
- Quarterly Quality Bonus, $2,500 – $5,000 Based on Tenure
- NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible (Approximately $50,000/Year for Qualified Providers)

Requirements:
- Required: MD or DO
- Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Required: Missouri Medical License (or Eligible)
- Required: Active DEA License
- Required: Willingness to Provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT); Training Provided
- Required: Team-Oriented with a Commitment to Patient-Centered Care

- Required: No J-1 or H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available
- Preferred: Medicare and Medicaid Credentialing
Responsibilities:
- Four Clinical Days Per Week with Eight Hours of Protected Administrative Time
- Average Patient Volume of 22–24 Patients Per Day
- Shared 1:5 Telephone Call Rotation, Triaged by Nursing Staff Before Reaching the Physician
- Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Family Medicine Services for Patients of All Ages
- Evaluate, Diagnose, and Treat Acute and Chronic Conditions; Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Order and Interpret Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing
- Coordinate Care with Specialists and Interdisciplinary Teams
- Document Care Using eClinicalWorks and AI-Assisted Documentation Tools
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives
