Baptist Primary Care is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in Callahan, Florida. This opportunity allows physicians to practice in a supportive outpatient environment while benefiting from the resources and stability of Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most comprehensive health system.
The physician will join a collaborative team that currently includes two physicians and advanced practice provider support. Baptist Primary Care offers a strong referral network, operational support, and access to one of the region’s most extensive physician networks, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
