Position Summary
UNC Health Pardee is recruiting a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for an employed outpatient position. This opportunity offers a strong referral base, excellent system-wide collaboration, and a supportive practice environment focused on high-quality care.
Practice Highlights:
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
- Hospitalist program manages all admissions and inpatient care
- After-hours triage service for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Epic EMR with Abridge AI
- Part of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network
- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site
- Experienced nursing and clinical support staff
- Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) support
- Referral Coordinator to streamline specialty access and follow-up care
- Clinical Social Worker providing patient and family support services
- Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) access for medication management and patient education
