Family Medicine Physician | Mercy Health – West Park Family Medicine

Mercy Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established West Park Family Medicine practice in the greater Toledo, Ohio area.

Practice Highlights

• Established, busy family medicine practice with a strong community presence
• Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• 100% outpatient primary care
• Monday–Friday office hours, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Dedicated clinical support, including a 1:1 clinical staff-to-provider ratio
• Integrated clinical pharmacist and behavioral health resources
• Gradual patient schedule ramp-up to support successful practice development
• Opportunities for physician collaboration, mentorship, and student precepting

The Opportunity

The incoming physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, acute care, and ongoing health and wellness services.
